Individual Agents
Our model for individual agents is very simple.
We charge a flat fee of $3588yr or $299/month to hang your license in our brokerage.
That’s it. The rest is yours.
OR
Pay just 150/month and be on a 70/30 split with a $3500 cap.
We charge a $395 transaction fee on all transactions.
Agent Teams
